Job Requirements

 Reporting to the Order Entry Team Lead, the Order Entry Clerk is responsible for the following:

  • Accurate and timely processing of customer purchase orders
  • Accurately enter customer orders into Syspro ERP System
  • Manage the online order mailbox (print, verify, and scan into Ricoh System)
  • Assist with order marking
  • Rename incoming fax documents
  • Fill out and fax order correction forms to customers as necessary
  • Maintain and update the document database
  • Communicate with Allseating Customer Service representatives to clarify customer delivery requirement/shipping dates and item specific information
  • Various administrative tasks, such as filing, drafting documents, etc.
  • Occasional reception back-up
  • Perform other duties as required


Job Requirements:

  • Must possess a strong attention to detail
  • Must have exemplary time management skills with an ability to prioritize work
  • Must be able to multitask while staying organized
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods
  • Must be computer literate; proficient at MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be able to work independently within a team setting
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have sound mathematical and problem solving skills
  • Must have legible handwriting


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • English language proficiency (read/write/speak)
  • Previous order entry experience
  • 1-2 years previous experience within a manufacturing setting


Work Environment:

  • Office setting
  • Prolonged sitting at a computer work station
